What Information Do We Collect?
During the course of regular business TekNinja may collect information such as contact information, credit information and technical or diagnostics information regarding your computer systems and/or infrastructure.
How do we use this information?
Contact and credit information will be used for billing and tracking case/problem information. Technical or diagnostic information will be strictly used on-site or in-house during troubleshooting or maintenance and repair. As part of our premium service contracts we will maintain environment configuration and insfrastructure information for clients in order to expedite problem resolution (at discretion of client).
Working with your data
If backup/restore of your data is ever required for purposed of hardware repair or software configuration TekNinja will promptly delete said data from our systems after it has been restored.
